The property is located close to Hershey park, it is new, and the staff was friendly. However, our bathroom was not clean very well as we saw splatter o the mirror and hairs on the bathroom floor and shower floor. We mentioned this kindly to the front desk in the morning and it was never managed as we noticed the same mess when we returned late that evening. This lead me to wonder if other parts of our room cleaning was neglected. The property being new is it's saving grace, I hope that they maintain it well and are more diligent with there cleaning.

Ceilings seemed paper thin could hear people walking around above me on the 3rd floor. Sheets had a few stains which was disappointing . Bed was comfortable though & Facility was nice & clean, location was good. Overall i would stay again.

Excellent stay and breakfast

Brand new, great mattress and pillows. Vik, at the reception, answered all of my questions, was able to visit a room, not many people I was hesitating. Being part of the IHG group, very clean is a high priority. Breakfast, eggs, bacon, tater tots (potatoes), cereals, muffins, bagels, english muffins, cream cheese, yogourt... and clean tables.... what more can you ask for, great stay.

It was pretty new hotel everything was clean and new.We had a great time.One think will say that the pool water wasn’t warm enough so the kids didn’t enjoy like they wanted. Everything else was perfect.

We arrived at 3pm and shortly after arrival the pounding on there ceiling was continuous, I thought maybe there was a fight then later a ball, then stomping. Later the yelling of preteen children was just ridiculous. I complain 3 times with no success, then at 9:30pm I yelled at the kids to stop this nonsense with no success. I went to the office again and complained with no success. I then received phone call from one of the kids harassing me and I again reported this to the manager. He said what room was it dialed from, I said I don't know, still no success from the management. Finally at 9:45pm my elderly wife and I packed everything up and loaded the car to leave and I went to the desk again and gave the card keys back and wanted a refund and the $25 safely refund. He said to call Travelocity for the room refund and the $25 will be3e refunded tomorrow morning. This was an unbearable room rental adjust a terrible place. IU am elderly with many medical conditions and decided to drive home all night approximately 400 miles to get away from this place. I arrived home at 4:00am and both my wife and I were quite ill and feeling terrible. I want the room refund from Travelocity NOW and maybe compensation for recommending this horrible place!!!

Thin ceiling - you can hear every step of the floor above. Fire Alarm - something burnt during breakfast time causing the fire alarm to go off early in the morning. Everyone left their rooms to the lobby. Showers - low pressure, hot water lasted about 2 minutes Short staff- only one guy running the breakfast station and the front desk during our stay. Property - newer, and generally cleaned, staff are polite.

It was very clean but our room the door didn’t lock and we had to switch rooms. Then their internet didn’t work and we didn’t have access to cast to the tv like we were told we could. None of the apps worked on the tv as well. Also, there is a hold on my account for the deposit until May 23. But there is a lot of good for this place as it is very clean which is a great thing for a hotel.

Property is new. Staff were nice. Property was clean. Room was small. No microwave, that was a big inconvenience. Fridge was in a cubicle on the floor. Breakfast was ok, better than continental. Bacon bits instead of strips. Walls are cardboard thin. No carpet in rooms. If the occupants above drop something, you can hear it. You could hear people talking. Dove products in the bathroom, really appreciated that. 1 set of elevators. Far walk to your room. Unless you ask for a room closer. In a pinch, if there's no other options I would stay. Otherwise I'll pass. Just not for me. Overall a good day for others who don't mind.
