Overall Good with a Couple Notes

This hotel served our purposes for a quick one night stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with two beds, and there was still room for a small sitting area with a couch and desk. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Free breakfast was the typical cereal, bread/toaster, wafflemaker, cooked eggs, and sausage. One thing that was not great was that the furniture in the room seems pretty worn out, our drawers did not all stay closed. Also - the toilet area, (located in the most central part of the room), and the shower and sink area are in two separate enclosures in different spots in the room, and they both just have a sliding door with a frosted panel. This wasn't ideal for having more than one person in the room. Overall though, it met our needs. Its location was convenient for our needs as we were visiting someone who lives nearby, and I understand it's close to the capitol as well. It's also pretty close to the highway, so there's easy access to other parts of the Harrisburg/Hershey area.

By far the best hotel stay this year - very well maintained, clean, quiet, attentive staff. The room was large with enough space for multiple activities simulaneously - a comfortable couch/ottoman with large screen TV, a designated office area separate from the sleeping area, and a large well-appointed shower room separate completely separate from the commode - both with spacious counter space and sinks. 10 out of 10!

Staff was great. There was a big group of young athletes and parents. The lobby was full as the group took advantage of the space available to eat pizza together. Once we entered the elevator to our room we could not hear them at all. I’m sure a handful for staff but the staff was exceptional and attentive to all guests

Poor quality

The first night our room was so hot. We had no control over the thermostat. The pool was closed our whole stay because of a heating problem. The second night our room was very cold. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower.
