The motel from hell!
I used to frequent Scottish Inn and I have never encountered the issues that I have this trip. After being there for a week I woke up to a mouse on my end table eating my food that my husband bought from me from the restaurant across the street I went down to the office to tell the night clerk and he told me I had to wait until morning and tell the morning people. Well the next morning I told them and their response was well we can give you your money back and you can leave after you go find housekeeping and get mouse traps! I was bewildered and there was nothing they were going to do about the $40 I spent and take out that their mouse was eating. I've never encountered such an unprofessional dirty hotel in my life. The first room they gave me was covered in roaches so they gave me another one that had dirt from ceiling to the floor. I cleaned it from top to bottom. Let's just say that I nor any of my friends will ever go there again. And it's really sad cuz because I use to love going there. But then too that was when Spencer the old manager was working there. But let me give credit where credit is due the housekeepers were the greatest.
