WE HAVE LARGE TRAILERS AND TRUCKS (55' TO 60') PARKING WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE WE HAD BROUGHT THEM TO THE MOTEL. OTHERWISE THE HOTEL WAS OK.

This hotel is my home away from home, when I work. Late night at the hospital or just to tired to drive over an hour home from work. The management is top notch, its always nice to walk in and see a friendly smile. Great breakfast

My room was not clean in certain areas like the sink & shelf. It was so noisy. People running, screaming, pounding on doors through the middle of night. Scared the crap out of me. Water in bath didn’t work properly. Very small room. Garbage all over out front. Shower head very low

Had to have them change the pillow cases at arrival. They had makeup all over. Woke up my first night of the stay super itchy... checked the bed didn't find anything woke up the second night and found bedbugs on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk asked for a bag and put all my things in it and went straight to the laundromat. Will not ever stay there again even if its free... Very disappointing Get it together!!!

Good service building needs love

The desk clerk was very nice and professional. The pool area was clean. The building itself could use some love. The paint needs redone. If you are tall the shower may be a challenge.

The good: very clean rooms. Very comfortable. The pillows are AMAZING. the breakfast was hot and very good, unless it is crowded then it's like fighting for food and they run out. The room itself was worth the price! The bad: the staff don't seem to speak english well, if the breakfast room is crowded good luck getting food. The ugly: the customer service staff is HORRIBLE! the phones only work part of the time. They often have a sign on the front desk to call another number because they are away from the desk. When you ask for more towels they have a hotty attitude of "why would you dare ask for more?!" Also they don't come in and clean the room even if you stay over the weekend. (Wish more hotels would return to pre covid standards) So just based on the room, i would book again. Based on customer i would go some where else!!

Between dogs barking, kids running around screaming and on a no smoking floor people were smoking weed??? It was a the worst one night of our lives. Thank god the experience of town was good with food and hitting slopes. Not for nothing g I paid for early checking and I get there the clueless attendant couldn’t verify the early checking in. I showed her the alert on my phone and she was still clueless! Seriously how does establishment do business with such bad customer service and awful places!

The first room given to us had a full trash can in the bathroom, hand prints all over the mirrors, and a spill on the dresser top that was dried and un-wiped. The second room we were given had hair all over the bed, a dirty pillow cover, and visibly uncleaned hard surfaces.

Meh not so great

The room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom is ridiculously small. Can't shut the door if you are on the toilet. Never saw room service cleaning and had to go to desk to ask for more Breakfast offered some kind of cooked eggs I never saw before. Took one look and went to a local diner
