When you enter the lobby the place is beautiful but that’s where it ends. There were holes in the walls in our bathroom. The noise from the pool came directly into our room! It was horrendous! The breakfast set up was not logical and the heating trays weee dangerously hot! One morning the breakfast bar was left in such bad condition and all the trays were nearly empty so we opted to eat out at the diner which shares the parking lot! That was an excellent idea between had a great breakfast! Just had to pay for it! I would not stay here again because there are several other very close by that are excellent!

Hotel was clean and spacious. A little bit away from downtown Hershey but was an easy drive. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly. Would definelty consider staying here again if visitinf Hershey.

The lobby and room were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were some broken things in the room. The two outlets in the lamp by the beds were broken, therfore charging the phone by the bedside was impossible. The on/off switch on the desk lamp was broken. The only way to turn off the light was to unplug it. There were no room darkening curtains in the room, therefore street lights were visible all night long. Finally, the sink didn't drain the water immediately. These were small inconveniences, but they should or could be rectified easily.

We had no hot water, had to take cold showers. Are check in was 3pm, couldn't get in our room till almost 4 because the lock on door needed fixed. Asked for another room but none were available. Front desk person not very nice or accommodating.
