We were very excited to have found a wonderful hotel and deal. Upon arriving, check in was seamless and all questions answered politely. The rooms were clean and amply supplied. If you’d like room service daily, you need to arrange it. Because we were only staying the weekend we didn’t see the need for this, until the last day when we ran out of TP, but a quick call and visit to the front desk alleviated the situation. The rooms are amply sized stocked kitchenette and beds are so comfortable. The only down side we experienced during our stay is that many amenities needed to be accessed with a hotel staff member, which wouldn’t have been a problem, if there were enough staff members on at a time. Upon check in, there were two on staff at the front, but for the remainder of the trip there was either an empty front desk or only one person handling check-ins and guest services. During use of the pool, we had asked for towels as the family before had taken the last of the towels, one of the attendants said she would bring from the dryer. Over an hour later, we still didn’t have towels and even after we asked a second time, they failed to bring within 20 minutes. Because the hotel has a strict 10 person limit at the pool and the next family was already in, we walked back to our rooms dripping. Sorry to the hotel maintenance who had to clean up the water puddles after us. We would stay again, they just need more bodies for assistance of guests, especially when the hotel is full.
