The exhaust fan didn't work, and when I asked a staff member, she said it wasn't functioning in all rooms (05/23/2025). I didn’t say anything then. However, during check-out, another staff member was nice(boy) and asked about my stay(05/24/2025)👏. I mentioned that everything was good except for the exhaust fan issue in the both room. He noted it and apologized. I’m not sure why she said it wasn't working in all rooms.😄

The fact that real glasses, cups, plates and silverware’s are available when needed from eating restaurant leftovers/takeout foods. Nice full size fridge, larger room than usual. Everything is new, so the room has a clean look.

Hotel was very clean and conveniently located just off 81. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Harvest Seasonal Grill which was walkable. While checking in with our dog, we were given a nice goody bag for her to enjoy. The breakfast was very good too!

Five Paws!!!

After researching pet friendly hotels in the area, I made a reservation a few weeks before our stay for one night. We arrived much later than expected (12:15am) due to bad weather. We were exhausted with two 70 pound labradors in tow. Everything was perfect from checkin to checkout and all inbetween!! Our room was spacious, inviting, and comfortable. The grounds were wonderful for walking dogs with a large pet relief area. PetSmart will also deliver for free anything you need to make your stay more comfortable. It doesn’t get any better! We will definitely be returning.

A nice stay! We did not have any blankets on the sofa bed, but it was quickly resolved by staff. The people above us were also very loud and you could hear all of their running and steps, but luckily we were already awake. A big room and we liked all of the counter space for our short stay!

Room cleaning is done alternate days which does not go well when you are with kids. Despite requesting room was not cleaned. Other than this things were ok. Facility is just near highway and easily accessible. HersheyPark drive is 25 mins drive from hotel. Breakfast have limited option. Hotel don't have any dining facilities but you can order from outside thru GrubHub. There is no water bottle given in the room. You may have to ask your do your own arrangements.
