Overall a good stay except the breakfast food quality was sub par for eggs, potatoes an orange juice. We stayed the night before in another Hampton Inn in NC the night before and food quality was outstanding. Also we did not have a bath mat or wash clothes. Minor things but somewhat inconvenient.

15 minutes after getting into our room we had to ask for a new room as there was a large dog barking consistently in the room next to. The elevator made noises that were not normal and had us concerned about getting stuck. Cleanliness around the other building entrances was not great, cobwebs all over and just dirty. We stay in Hershey a couple times a year and will not stay at this hotel again, the cost was ridiculous for this place.

The staff is not family, the bath tub had hair in it. My daughter went and asked for more pillows and she went outside to talk, daughter asked again and she said someone would bring them. It was after 11p.m and I finally said we were waiting for them and would like to go to bed!

One elevator for all guests with no service elevator so the elevator was extremely slow. Had to have door key reset multiple times even though front desk staff said all keys were brand new. The room’s shower was very uncomfortable due to small size and handrail sticking out inconveniently inside shower. The room’s closet turned out to be behind the curtain thought to be window space.
