The place was fine—except I was given a room that smelled like dogs had inhabited it. Only complaint is that the listed address didn’t jive with my GPS. I think the address should be changed to reflect reality.

Do not stay here for any reason
Disgusting. The smell is horrendous. All you can smell everywhere on the property is human feces. The owner should sue the municipality and shut the building down. Had no idea there was a waste treatment plant next door.

We were happily impressed with Larkspur Landing (which we had never heard of!). The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and had every desired amenity. And wow what a wonderful breakfast menu! The lady server there was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely seek to stay here again if we are ever on this route. Our only negative observation was the smell in the air outside from a local sewage plant, which even entered the room. But turning on the a/c seemed to take it away.

Exactly what you want on a family road trip — looks like a standard chain hotel from the outside but upgraded rooms with nice amenities — a total surprise! Breakfast buffet was really great and fresh, and the staff was super friendly. Would totally stay at again.

Got a gas station across the street with anything u may need plus a Wendy’s late night eats and the room was beautiful I’ve stayed a lot of places and I would recommend this place any day

Beautiful but could be cleaner
The property was nice. We really liked our room. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. We found stains and hair on our bed linens, room was not cleaned very well. When we called the front desk to ask for clean linens, they made us come down to them to pick them up instead of sending someone up with them. Any other hotel where I've had any type of issue, whether it be sheets or towels or whatever, it was always brought to us as a convenience. Besides the front desk sounding very annoyed, everything else was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. Again, the property and the rooms were beautiful, they just need a better cleaning program in place.

Nice room, we stayed in the room with a sofa/separate bedroom. As we were leaving, the breakfast hours had already ended. The woman in charge of the breakfast area, saw us and welcomed us - allowed us to get a quick meal. What a pleasant surprise.
