I don’t know how this property received a 9.2 rating?! The pictures on the website did not match the property, it was outdated, lobby smelled like lots of stale cigarettes. Driving up to the property it looked like I was entering the ghetto, I only stayed one night because I was not able to cancel the reservation. No towels in the room, had to call the front desk to get some. I was worried that my car was not safe so I checked on it a couple times in the night. 9.2?! Someone lied or was at a different location than I was!

Everything was fine at the hotel We were in Hershey for basketball tournament so we didn’t spend much time at hotel other than to sleep. It would have been nice to have some coffee in the lobby.

Last minute trip to save from an early am drive. Swore i saw it had breakfast but must have been mistaken? Was a decent clean place for a short stay.

The room that they gave me first was really dirty. When I pulled down the sheet there were stains on it and holes in the blanket. There was visible smears on the headboard and speckles of a substance on the television. The floors were dirty as well. When I complained about the room, they said that some of their housekeeping staff were away on vacation so things might not have been cleaned as well. They moved me to a different room and it was a little better, sheets were clean, but the overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par. I don’t plan on staying at this location in the future.

Pleasantly surprised

The hotel is definitely not an eye catcher but we were local for a family event and just needed a hotel room. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The room was plain but serviceable, very clean. Good water pressure and hot water. If you're looking for no frills, affordable in the Hershery/Hunmelstown area, this is the place.
