Will never return to this hotel
Room smelled horrible, was dirty and there were stains on the sheets. We only stayed because we had been driving for about 10 hours and were exhausted. As soon as we got up the next day we were out of there.

The reality of a literal motel stay(NOT GOOD)
Negative side...We booked non smoking room but got a smelly cigarette room. One bed was not sheet changed hairs on it. Floor wasnt vaccumed there were dirt or food droplets on the side of the beds. Fridge was leaking. Tv remote control wasnt working. Door wont lock. Creepy people around. Bedbugs. Microwave needs to be thrown out so gross. I wasnt able to sleep and had to leave early because my paranoia is killing me. I could hear people outside and everytime a big truck passed it seemed to shake the place. Positive side.. The reception was very nice efficient and helpful. I asked for clean sheets and they helped me. The guy who managed the laundry was very nice too. Thank you sir for your help. Our bathroom was okay. Toilet flushed very good. The hand soap smells good and hot water was working. AC was working but gives off a musty smell and very noisy. I won't recommend the place but for the cheap price you get what you pay so it's a matter of stay at your own risk.

Stayed here as a last-minute decision as we did not want to drive another hour and a half home, and we should have just done so. Arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The gentleman at the front desk barely spoke to me, he was using hand gestures ie license, sign the paperwork, pointed up to the second floor etc. Granted, there is plexiglass in between us, but there should be some sort of hole cut into it for better communication. We had to drive around to look for our room since all I got was a point in the direction of it. Room was ok, carpets could have been vacuumed and the furniture dusted better. The tub and shower were rather gross, we didn't want to use it. There were only 2 bath towels and one wash cloth available in a double bed (room). Bed was not very comfortable. Dumpter was overly full and trash all around the parking lot. As we were leaving at 8:15 in the morning, a cop was entering the property. It's Harrisburg, so that was not surprising, but we probably won't be staying here again. We will just sleep in our vehicle next time.

This hotel was horrible! The rooms smelled like cigar smoke! There was stains on the walls and doors. The top hook on the door for safety was BROKEN! We had to put a chair in front of the door! My kids did not feel safe at all! They claim to have breakfast, all they offer is coffee, juice and bread for toast. We left and came back about 45 minutes later because we forgot something and there were cops and US Marshals there! This was they worst hotel experience I have EVER had!

The room was disgusting. The floors were sticky, there was stuff on the ceiling and walls, and the bedding was stained, burned, and looked like it had loose tobacco on it. If it hadn't been so late, and I hadn't felt I was not safe to drive, I would have left and found another place to stay. As it was I pulled my pillow and blanket from my car and used those since the ones on the bed were disgusting and I didn't want to use them.

Rooms 211 and 217 both had bed bugs. Thankfully they refunded our money without any issue. The exterior of the hotel is not well lite. The lights that are on are surrounded by bugs. There are spiders and spider webs everywhere.

A homeless man was outside my room on the second floor. The staff had to threaten him with an arrest to get him to leave. The encounter was loud and scary. The bed sheets looked dirty and as though someone had already slept in them. The pillows were old and uncomfortable.

The gentlemen who checked us in was the highlight of the stay. He was very friendly and courteous. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and it looked like a party place with people standing around smoking, talking, and drinking. Once in our room, it was a decent room with 2 beds but looked like they were renovating. There was peeling paint and holes in the wall. The place needed a proper deep clean. Towels were water stained and bedding looked like it had mascara stains on the pillows. No bugs...a plus. The pictures on the website were not up to date or were of their best rooms because what I saw when i booked was definitely not what I got.

I just expected a bit more even for the price. The name Wyndham meant something more in the past. There was no smart TV. You can get one at Walmart of the same size as on the room currently for $88. I expect a property with the Wyndham name to be more updated, better facilities, a little cleaner, etc.
