The rooms are no clean at all. Everything smell like cigarettes. The bed was so unpleasantly dirt and the barroom are like the terror movies!! No recommend at all!!

The person checking in did not listen to me when I said I didn't want to use the card on file 2x and ran the card on file and pulled the money from an account I didn't want to use. Upon entering the room it smelled like cigarettes after I was too it was a smile free room. . There was long hairs all over the bathroom and the TV didn't work. No room move was offered, no discount, no refund. Would not stay again.

My wife and daughter were staying for a concert at Hershey Park. When they arrived at the hotel, they refused to stay because it just felt unsafe. They encountered a truck full of men in the parking lot. So they did not feel safe with the outside doors and the overall setup of the business.

Room was clearly not vacuumed, flys/bugs around the room, tub was not cleaned. This FYI is also a motel where your door is directly to the outside. I didn’t know this booking but probably my fault. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and stay at one of the Hilton properties next to this place. They looked much cleaner/maintained than this place.

Bret Michaels stay
Poor pressure in shower, sink clogged and poor pressure when flushing toilet. Checked in early and left. When returning our door was open. Addressed front desk and they confirmed housekeeping went in to double check room. They must have left door open. Not good especially since all of our belongings were in the room. We will never stay there again!

The stay was comfortable. The only problem was the $60 additional fee for 2 nights because we had a pet. This was not disclosed when we reserved a pet friendly room.

The room was filthy. I don’t think it was vacuumed in a while and the hair on the toilet and bathroom floor tell you the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The door to the room wasn’t adjusted properly and when it was locked you could see light all around it. I propped a chair to push it in to make it feel more secure. Usually we stay at the place next door but we thought we’d try and save a few bucks and stay here. Never again!

Rooms are basic ; nothing special ; but were clean and adequate for our one night stay for a concert. Nearby Hollywood casino; took a short Uber ride. Room next door was very loud until 4:30 AM and we could hear every voice and door slamming to the point our bed shook from the door. Breakfast was included - cereal, muffins, eggs. Price was good.
