Good place to stay but shop around
Good location, unfortunately room faced highway. Therefore it never stayed dark, even when shades were down, lights from highway came through which made it challenging to stay asleep. Beds were not the greatest for comfort, nor was the comforter thick and comfy but heat worked like a champ. Room appeared clean until some investigating. There was a condom wrapper and cup lids found behind the dresser where the tv was kept on, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was at bare minimum. Our second night there, the body wash ran out, went to front desk and was given bar soap instead of a replacement bottle. On the positive side. They have a good selection for the continental breakfast, but if you’re not interested in that there are other eat spots to grab. The family enjoyed the pool when it was not packed and utilized the ice machine lol. Decently priced for the term of the stay.

Most of the stuff were friendly except the guy who looked like he was on his way to hunting he didn't really wanna talk much but other gentleman was friendly to my grandson & me enjoyed his dancing, helped me open my door I was having trouble w and helped w the temp in our rm personally

The staff was very friendly. My son and I stayed there for winter break. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping touch and go areas clean. There were a few corks as it is a building that has been recently remolded. They served a good hot breakfast. Being that we stayed for over a week it would have been nice to have a more diverse option for breakfast. It was repetitive. But still decent all said and done. It was also nice to have a 12 o’clock check out instead of 11. I do plan on returning to them when I need accommodations in the area of Harrisburg.

super icy grounds. As soon as I stepped out my car, I fell. Inform them at the front desk that the place is icy and I feel. She apologized. Later we had to call to request beddings for the pullout couch. The guy came and asked about my fall. He stated “would you like for me to call the ambulance on your behalf?” Umm will you be paying the ambulance bill on my behalf too. Since I’m in the healthcare field, I refused. nothing is broken but I know I’ll have a big bruise on the back of my left arm in a few days cause that side hurts. I wasn’t offered anything else for my fall on behalf of the hotel. I would have most likely refused cause it was just a sleep stop on my trip back but the fact that they didn’t even offer anything is kinda … hmm. anyways, the shower knob was tricky to figure out. Other than that and the fall, everything else was okay.

The automatic light in the bathroom turned on frequently in the middle of the night disrupting sleep. The 'free' breakfast was low quality. No fruit except for little apples. Cheap quality bedding.
