Neutral stay

we rarely were in the room since we came for Hershey park. Just a few annoyances from the stay. When you first walk into the lobby it was evident that the ceiling was leaking because there was a trash can collecting the water. Kinda an eye sore and not a good first impression when you walk into the hotel. We got a disability room (which was fine), I’m not marking off points for that. It’s what was wrong inside the room. The shower water pressure was low and it took awhile for the water to warm up. I saw a few ants in our bathroom. The blinds were electronic but the button to open them didn’t work so our room was dark. There were no recycle bins in the hotel, so the hotel was not eco friendly. The hot breakfast was great, we enjoyed eating there each day. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, I would give it another chance!

We chose it for the pool but pool was closed and staff were cranky with us when we asked. It upset my grandkids. It could have been handled with better customer service. We drove a long way and my family was looking forward to using the pool, especially when we were initially told it was open until 11p and she said it twice and the grandkids heard this.

We were pleased overall with our stay. The common areas are immaculate and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We didn't use the pool or dining area, but noted that they were great places for guests to meet up. Our only recommendation is to better enforce the 10pm quiet rule. The people on our floor were rowdy, partying in the halls, banging on guests doors who had their Do Not Disturb signs out, slamming doors, etc. A walk-through from staff to ask them to take their gatherings into their rooms would have been appreciated.

I stayed for just one night, and it was exactly what I needed—quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was a peaceful stay with no noise or disruptions, perfect for getting a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stop.

We love the Best Western Plus. Staff is always very friendly. The only thing is in every room we have stayed there have been lots of smudges on the windows. They need to be cleaned on the inside. We checked in early with Courtney and she was amazing! She was so friendly and accommodating. A+ service!
