We had an excellent visit here. Our room was excellent in every way. The hotel was clean, quiet and staff was ready to help if needed. If we are in Hershey again, this is where we would stay! Also, the hot breakfast was great - one of the best “breakfasts included” - clean, nice variety - great!

I was checked in the moment I walked in and the young lady there was extremely pleasant. Our room was clean and smelled clean and that was great. Additionally, beds were comfortable and air was cold. Only issue I had was not because of the hotel or staff. It was the loudness of our neighbors with kids and the person above us stomping.
