Be aware the hotel is a bit noisy and takes pets, so our room was only partially carpeted. I think this is leading to extra noise. Could hear footsteps throughout the night. A Red Roof Inn is on the opposite side of the parking lot which may be residential, so keep that in mind. Property was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Good value for middle of winter.

Nice clean modern hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Unfortunately, a water pipe burst during my staff causing the water to be turned off. I was moved to their sister hotel originally for one night and the balance of my stay refunded until I said I should have the remainder of my stay conclude at the sister hotel given the inconvenience. The staff obliged and despite the interruption, everything turned out great. Will stay here again.

Nice place to stay for dog friendly

We were in Hershey for 3 doctor appointments. We had our 2 dogs with us. Nice place to stay. We were very comfortable.

overall our stay was fine, the AC unit made a terrible rattling noise but would quiet down once you tapped on it. The biggest issue was the shower water pressure and the luke warm water. No hot shower at all, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly
