You have to make Reservations for EVERY Restaurant..they say you don’t…but you have to wait 30-45 minutes for a table otherwise !, that’s Terrible if you here for a show .

When we received our players card the Custer service person Chelsea (blue Hair) was very rude. We moved to another service person and she was great. Other than this experience for one bad apple I really can’t spoil the barrel every thing else was great.

Great stay

Great experience. Hospitality was outstanding. Extremely clean room. Restaurants are located in the casino. The casino offers live entertainment and gambling options. This is our 2nd stay and we are happy with the accommodations.

Great rooms, no food availability

Our room was great. The view was nice, water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the room was nicely decorated. The bed was a tad hard for my preference but not bad. The only negative feedback is that we could not get into any of the restaurants to eat before the concert we were there to attend. Lines we're outrageous so we had to settle for concert hot dogs. Also, the next morning, the coffee shop couldn't make any coffees. Other than getting a bit "hangry" we had a good time and the front desk staff was exceptionally nice.
