The location was very convenient. We could walk to many major tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. We had a great time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and were shown to immaculate rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and included regional specialties in addition to standard western fare. We found the staff to be attentive, kind, and always eager to help.

This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi.
