From the moment I arrived at the Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel, I was treated like the only guest in the world. The staff went above and beyond in every way – they knew my allergies ahead of time, greeted me warmly throughout the day, and even called to check in and ensure everything was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it most days. They thoughtfully arranged all of my transportation, offered excellent recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and shopping, and made sure I felt supported at every moment. The spa experience was truly rejuvenating – a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. What really sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. The staff are available 24/7 and genuinely dedicated to making your stay extraordinary. This is top-notch hospitality at its finest. I can’t wait to return!

It was sometimes quite noisy, and it could be heard through the windows. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, with by far the best service professionals. Amazing. Just amazing. Everything is incredible. Clean as a whistle, super attentive, great food, etc. I could go on and on, but I give the place 10/10. They even gave us parting gifts on the way out, because that's how great they are. I would absolutely go back and would highly recommend this place to anyone to stay.

Hanoi is bustling city and Peridot is conveniently located in the heart of the city. It's hidden off the street but once you go inside, you are met with luxury and incredible service. The rooms offer all you need to rest and I used both the laundry service as Vietnam is HOT and the spa two times. Laundry service was picked up in the morning and delivered in the same evening. I visited the spa 2 times because the service/massage were AMAZING. Ask for Li - you won't be disappointed! I plan on returning to Hanoi again and Peridot will be my choice. Their care for you, service, food options and extras are amazing. You can't help but feel special here!

Just falling short of ‘luxury’

This is a really nice hotel. It’s in a great location in the Old Town - a totally chaotic location, but in all the right ways. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our Luxury Suite. It was on one of the first floors and looked out onto a concrete wall. There is no way this can be considered luxury. The room was therefore very dark and extremely hard to adjust to the time zone when you’re fighting jet lag. I believe this suite should be cheaper than the wall-free suites on the higher floors. Due to this, we can possibly give the hotel full marks or recommend the room we had, The hotel as a whole though is lovely. The staff is very attentive and it’s in a great location.

Awesome stay here. Room was very clean and beds super comfy! Roof top bar and pool were incredible! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. We had a tour booked for early one morning before breakfast opened and they packed us our breakfast in a lunch box and made us a coffee for to take which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend! One small note - the bathroom didn’t have a fan so it got very steamy. Would definitely stay again. Great location!

Beautiful hotel and friendly, efficient staff. Fabulous location, just set back from the street, amazing breakfast and spotlessly clean. We’d stay here again. There’s some building work around the hotel which finishes around 8/8.30pm but it didn’t disturb us - you’re in the centre of a very busy city so to be expected.
