Little gem of a property
If your wanting to be in hub of everything this hotel in old quarter is perfect.Motorcycles mototorcycles and more motorcycles.15 mins walk from Hanoi railway station and hundreds of shops all around the hotel and in easy walking distance if attractions.You may hear traffic abd constant honking horns but nowhere in Old quarter is quiet in the city that never sleeps.Breakfast restaurant small but nice and friendly staff but breakfast finishes at 9 30am.Yes property has a lift but those with stairs or disability wont find this easy as have to walk 3 flights of stairs to reach lift on 1st floor and lift stops btw floors so have to go up or down stairs to reach rooms.Staff exceptional.They go out of their way to help you.Even offered us takeaway breakfast as had to leave early.Special mention to Jenni and Johnny.Outstanding service and so friendly.They just want to.make u feel special and they did.Doormen also outstanding

This is the first time I stayed in the Royal palace hotel,we were extremely impressed with their service and cleanliness. The rooms were very pretty and comfortable,The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. They have the weekend market, which is a short walk to the lake.This hotel is the best in Hanoi, and we can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

The staff of the Royal palace Hotel was amazing! They were constantly trying to help in every way they could. So was the front desk staff. All were extremely helpful. All in all the hotel was first class. They made our stay extremely pleasant.

So far my best hotel experience in Hanoi Old Quarter. Prime location - literally steps away from Hoan Kiem lake. I loved the interior design a lot, elegant in every inch I’d say. I was checked in few hours before check-in time. All the staff I encountered (receptionist, manager.) were amazingly amiable and attentive. Thank you!

Hanoi Royal palace Hotel has good facilities and nice people. They kept us comfortable all the time and were treated the best. The room city view was really beautiful and it is convenient because it is close to Hanoi's attractions. I had the best trip.
