Everything was fantastic at the hotel! The staff were so helpful and accommodating with everything during the trip. My flight arrived late but they organised a transfer from the hotel and offered late check in for me. The room was fabulous- even got a lovely upgrade to a balcony room showing great views of the street. While the location is central, the noise levels are not too bad. I had a great nights sleep on both nights; even managing to sleep late (10am) on the first day. The decor is so nice in this place also, feels very unique!

The pictures do not properly represent this property it’s a 3 star. Good location do not stay here if u have a disability the lift starts from the 2nd floor. Bathroom is glass with a roller blind for privacy which is really annoying. Staff were great and helpful

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful – classic, elegant style. The staff were a real highlight: always greeting us with a big smile and lots of positive energy (big shoutout to Jimmy and Sulli!). Everyone on the team was quick to help with luggage and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. They even phoned a few of our tour organizers on our behalf to double-check everything. Also they took time to sit down with us, show us the local area on a map, marking some recommendations on what to do and see. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the Old Town, and just a short walk from some of the area’s best spots (we loved being close to the train street, Banh Mi Pho and Pho 10). Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the generous timing – earlier check-in and later check-out than we experienced elsewhere in Vietnam. Despite the flexible hours, housekeeping was super efficient – our room was always clean and tidy by the time we returned, even when we came back just after lunch. All in all, this was one of our favorite hotel stays in Vietnam – stylish place, unbeatable location, and warm, attentive service.

It‘s situated very central but still calm enough to get a good night‘s sleep. The people working at the front desk were extremely friendly (especially the lady with the glasses) and helped us organize our next trip.
