The staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it to our friends.

Location good. Hotel runned down. Breakfast had to be walked to another hotel. The food was very basic, the display not hygenic nor clean. Tables sticky and dirty. Did not like at all. Room, neon light flashing in room all night. It was horrible. Did not like my stay here at all. Transport service provided..did not bother to get out of car, car dirty on outside in inside

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with handling our queries. They even helped us arrange for the Halong Bay cruise at a cheaper price. The free breakfast was really decent for the price we paid, and they were very prompt in refilling.

Clean property with working hot water, ac and very comfortable beds. Very quiet, staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Excellent location- tour companies pick you up from here, it is walking distance to the lake, markets and everything you need. Would 100% stay here again.

Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. There's plenty of fresh fruit, tasted bread, cake, juice, coffe, tea etc. - And you can order delicious dishes like scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, pancakes and even traditionalister vietnamese dishes such as beef noodle soup by the friendly staff and they will make it freshly for each order.
