A nice hotel located within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Hanoi. Several cafes located right around the corner. The free breakfast is not on site, but right around the corner at a local cafe. There is no gym on site, but they were kind enough to point me to a gym located 5 minute walk away. There are some signs of some wear and tear, but nothing too bad that it would keep me from staying here again. The balcony was not the best view, but still nice to have in the evenings. Good value.

The Lotus Boutique was an excellent establishment. They were incredibly helpful with booking the best tours I've been on. We went to Halong Bay and SaPa from Hanoi and even though we only stayed one night at the guesthouse, they arranged for our travel for 4 days, offering to hold our bags and driving us to the airport. The staff was really friendly, always available and extremely helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. I was amazed as how little i paid for such great accommodations and service. Highly Recommended.

Great location and very friendly staff. This is a small hotel and the breakfast is at another location but very close so not an issue for us. We were able to leave our bags while touring and the staff provided great services and information.

Lotus boutique hotel provided excellent accommodation throughout my visit to Hanoi / Halong Bay / Sapa. Alex and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. His recommendations were strong for Halong Bay tours, full arrangements for Sapa (including train, hotel, and trekking tours), as well as local dining. He let me check in earlier than standard time and use showers in between tours, which made the overall stay much easier and comfortable. Free wifi in rooms, free breakfast, clean bathrooms, and comfortable rooms - especially for price paid relative to hotels in Hoan Kiem area. Enjoyed my stay, and would come back next time.
