Hanoi Boutique Hotel and SPA is one of the best hotel that the staff will care of the well being of the guests. They make sure that everyone is in good. Even our breakfast is pick ready on our last day when we need to leave early to Sapa. Keep it up

This is a great 3 star hotel. The check in service and restaurant recommendation were very good. The location is near beer street and close to all major attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was spotlessly clean and had its own AC unit.

We stayed at Hanoi Boutique Hotel for 7 days and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is situated in the heart of Old Quarter, and in a very busy street that gets clogged up in the afternoon. Due to this, you can hear the noise of the street in your room at night but you get used to it quickly. I knew the rooms in Old Quarter would be small but I didn't realise that booking a deluxe room would be extremely small! The bed was legitimately next to the shower. However, the Hotel itself had good personality. We enjoyed the kindness of the staff. The breakfast was really good and really appreciated the kitchen staff. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping, the cleanliness was always well maintained. In terms of facilities, there is a Spa as well which is good when you can't be bothered to go out. But it is a bit pricer. The Hotel's location is also very close and in walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and a lot of the popular landmarks. My only real negative feedback is - do not buy your simcard through the hotel. I was told that our sim would last 3 weeks and paid 300,000vnd for it, however it only lasted for 2 weeks. There's nothing ideal about your data being shut off while you're in the middle of travelling. Thank you for your hospitality Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa :)

The hotel staffs were really nice and helpful. Upon arriving at the hotel. I was greeted by a female staff and she gave me a map with recommended places to visit. The hotel locates in the heart of the city and is right next to the walking street which was really busy and fun to walk at night. Breakfast was also a hit because of its variety of foods and local dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel! I will come back again next time when I have a chance.

My stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa was wonderful. Staff were very attentive and helpful going above and beyond with each and every request. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was done very well for this price point better than more expensive hotels in the city. The hotel is in walking distance of major attractions and conveniently located near good local resteraunts and cafes. I re-emphasise again the staff make this hotel wonderful, I would definitely stay here again.

An oasis of calm & service in Hanoi’s Old Quarter
Initially I had only intended to stay in Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa for 7 nights but due to a complication with delayed luggage, I needed to extend an extra week. The entire staff, (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, etc) were very accommodating and caring and really made me feel like I was part of the extended family. The excellent and varied breakfast was amazing and catered for all tastes and customs…and if they could make my favourite (like a style of eggs) they were genuinely happy to make it for me. A perfect start to a long day exploring the Old Quarter. (And completely unexpectedly, when I was too tired to come down to breakfast, the restaurant staff called the room to check everything was ok and even sent up a tray with a range of breakfast goodies! NEVER experienced THAT kind of service anywhere else. The staff are young, energetic, helpful and are genuinely eager to help you (even with some really silly requests!) and have really gone that “extra mile” many times for me!

Very recommended. I loved the vibe and decor . The old town is packed with many hotels . This one was charming . Clean room with everything you need as a traveller . Very good morning breakfast. Staff was very helpful with luggage and I enjoyed the list of coffees , restaurants etc they give you to help you move around . The weekend night market is closed to for those who want to shop at night.

Highly highly recommend this place to stay… its not the typical 5 star that one thinks of sheraton, westin etc but FOR SURE has tk be in uour selection when you travel to Hanoi. Its in the heart if the okd quarters .. with the hanoi bustle around it . A kool 10 min walk to the bus stop which make it super convenient to the airports and back . Surrounded by the busy hanoi, hanoi spa stands out in its White col as a clean and brilliant choice … speckled with fantastic customer service by Lucy and her team who not only welcomes you and make you at home, but give you a clear and convenient way to get to know hanoi - keep the lonely olanet book away and get to sit with Lucy. She will do it all for u… The rooms were clean and crisp white linen.. toilets were clean with toiletries and towels fresh everyday. Breakfast was as expected … simple as one would have .. a continental and Vietnamese mix …. As lucy righto said ..You anyways have not reached hanoi to eat at the hotel .. its the street food you attack…..around the hotel is everything…. Eat drink play party relax… walk abit 2-3 kms and you cover the Uncle Ho museum and his place if rest and all other attractions . Am sure all hotels located in old quarters have the aame logistics . But what they dont have is LUCY .. A lovely touch by her is to address ALL guests by the first name and then the luttle personal hand written note to shut you down for the night .. well done team .. good on you.
