Good location and walkable to a lot of things within the city! However the walls are pretty thin. Luckily everyone was quiet during sleeping hours but it was early morning that got to us. Our neighbor was a heavy sleepy and wouldn’t turn off their alarm for 15 minutes and we could hear it through the wall. Also could hear the staff in the hallway early mornings as well. Other than that good place to stay.

Please note that you have to walk an alley into the hotel lobby. Great location and not so quiet room as we can learn people talking outside.

Excellent value for the $$$. We have to travel back through Hanoi on our way to Danang and will stay here again. The hotel is in a banking and corporate area, so there are police everywhere. A ten minute walk to the Hipster/yuppie area.

Became violently ill from breakfast. The “rooftop pool” is the size of a jacuzzi. The gym was also pretty bad. The hotel was down an alleyway. Just overall not what was pictured. Cannot recommend.

Although the area was good, staff was great and breakfast good too, the room was a beat up with the walls being quite dirty. At the very least the room needs a paint job.

I think the hotel’s biggest asset are the staff providing excellent customer service. Our biggest thank you to Alex who was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and adequate. There was a good choice of breakfast buffet.
