A wonderful hotel with an amazing and attentive staff. made my family feel so special throughout our entire stay. the breakfast buffet was superb and location was super convenient. We were pleasantly surprised with this stay. It was a short hop to Hanoi and really glad we spent the 2 days at this location. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, for the competitive rate that they offer. The location was amazing, right next to the cathedral. Given we were only 2 days at Hanoi before moving on to Da Nang. The location was prime and allowed us to hit a lot of the spots we wanted to with ease. Breakfast on the 9th floor was also a very nice addition. Location was great and the food although limited but had some great a la carte menu with local favs. Definitely would recommend this place as it exceeded our expectations. Also we were fairly reserved on ordering a no window room. But surprisingly to my surprise we didn’t mind it at all. Room was roomy and spacious we were dealing with jet leg anyways so it was perfect to push you out to the sites.

Perfect location, clean and updated hotel
In my role I get to travel globally and the service from this hotel was one of the best I have been in. The location is ideal for first time people to Hanoi, rooms were really clean, and hotel has been recently updated. The staff would do anything for you. Breakfast is high quality and the rooftop bar is great. Downstairs they have a high end massage which was very professional.

Hanoi is simply breathtaking but what made our experience so much better was this beautiful hotel in the middle of the old quarter. If you can,please pay the extra amount than their regular rooms and get the colonial suite with balcony , this suit was gorgeous. From the second we stepped in everything was what you expect of a 5 star hotel . The staff. The management. The simple touches , flower design. The scent. the perfect clean room , I can go on and on. Please try the rooftop bar. Take the amazing view of the church in and fall in love with Hanoi. We can not wait to come back. Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Close to shops and within walking distance of the Lake and the Old Quarter. Very nice accommodations and the beds were by far the most comfortable to sleep in!

Camilla was extremely helpful and offered solutions to every problem I had. The entire teams customer service was top notch and the hotel was very chic and gave princess vibes / London. I would definitely come back here again. The location is 12 min from the train street and near beer street for night life and the night market. The location is superior! High recommend coming from a hotel snob.
