great hotel, staff was very outgoing and welcoming especially Abdel (probably spelled wrong) room was modern, very clean, quiet,comfortable and spacious, plenty of shopping and dining options in the area ! Decent buffet breakfast! I would definitely return

Hotel is very clean. Good breakfast. Staff helpful. Transport is easy - Hauptbahnhof if 5 minutes walk. The back rooms in the hotel will be affected by train noise.

Good choice for central Hannover

Convenient for the centre of Hannover. The hotel is looking a bit dated now but is still clean and comfortable. More 'traditional and shabby chic' than modern business hotel. The staff were very friendly. A 5 minute walk to the main train station. The wifi was a bit slow.

Excellent hotel

Fabulous hotel. Location excellent. Short walk from train station. Nice staff, easy check in. Rooms are very spacious with everything you need, including fridge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, room was extremely hot even with the ac on, carpets are old and there was a faint smell of smoke in the room. Breakfast was ok. Wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is very convenient for the station and the town centre. However, our room was on the side of the train tracks and there were trains travelling right through the night - very noisy!

Never a 4 star hotel. Had to chance rooms because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the first and the room looked out over the station. Second room was better but Wi-Fi still almost non-existent. Really grim and depressing reception. Average breakfast. Can do much better for your money in Hannover. Would not recommend.
