Great location in city centre. The bus stop opposite the hotel takes you to the Hangzhou Fashion Wholesalers market with buildings of factory outlets. We got offered a free upgrade to floor 15 with excellent view. Staff friendly and super efficient. The cafe at level 10 offers the best panoramic view of the West Lake. I sat there with mum and watched sunset. The buffet breakfast was nice. I made a decent flat white with the espresso machine and hot milk from the back of the dining hall. Which I think tastes better than Starbucks in Hangzhou. Overall, very nice experience. Will stay again in the future.

Good location. No AC

The location is super, with a lot of great restaurants nearby and very close to west lake. The free breakfast has many choices and we enjoyed that. And we got free upgrade for the room.

Pros: Location
Cons: Air-conditioning was not working well
We arrived 4am at the hotel and was told that this hotel NO LONGER WORKS WITH EXPEDIA.
A lot of hassle to get through to what needs to be done.
Really disappointing experience to start off with...
However the hotel staff constantly tried to make it up to us which we appreciate.
Air conditioning in the hotel is not ventilated well, constantly feeling hot.
Location is great, right in the middle of city. Very convenient.
