The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and really made sure we were well looked after. I am dairy free and gluten free diet and they made sure I had a delicious breakfast each morning. I could not recommend this hotel any higher and will go back

Amazing place located in the center of everything. A ten minute walk to the coast, 20 minutes from the most incredible sunset view of the moai’s. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are large and comfortable Breakfast is amazing there.

The service was incredibly professional yet also friendly and kind. That’s a hard needle to thread. The hotel is lovely. The location could only be more perfect with an ocean view, but was lovely as it was. The breakfast each morning was amazing! They are super helpful at each stage of the trip from booking, to negotiating Chilean customs, to recommending tours and restaurants to making you feel at ease. Hare Nua is the best place to stay in Rapa Nui!
This is a beautiful upscale boutique hotel located in the middle of Hanga Roa town. It’s a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, mini markets and shops, as well as to two popular dance venues, Kari Kari and Varua Ora. Our room was airy, spotless and larger than we expected, with a balcony overlooking the lush tropical garden, pool and hot tub. The bathroom was modern with a spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast seating was personalized with our names on a placard and a different daily assortment of fruits, cheeses, sliced meats, yogurt, granola, warm biscuits and eggs to order. And we loved the pat of butter in the shape of a Moai guy! Most of all, the staff was so friendly and professional. From the moment Sebastian, the owner, picked us up from the airport with leis and a friendly smile, and drove us around town for a short tour, we knew this was a special place. When we arrived at the hotel, Sebastian welcomed us with refreshing drinks and a delicious local dessert, while he explained that the hotel was originally his grandmother’s house. At the end of our stay, we received sweet farewells from the staff, and Maria dropped us off at the airport with a warm goodbye hug. We were so sad to leave! Thank you, Sebastian, Maria and the rest of your staff for treating us like we were part of your family. We will always fondly remember our visit to Rapa Nui due to our incredible time at Hare Nua! Amazing hotel with family, friendly feel
Picked up from the airport - lovely lady was waiting with a board with my name on it (and others) gave us all close garlands and a lovely tour of the island - food trucks, supermarket and where to get other bits. The hotel is LOVELYYYY - very nice and my room was huge - very clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is very lovely too and healthy. You can tell they think about every last detail. I wanted to go to the Kari Kari show one night and they booked this for me.

A beautiful property right in the heart of town. A short walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. Opted for the transfer which included a little tour of the town which was very useful to help get our bearings. Service was great, breakfast was super delicious - including the sumptuous breakfast box for our sunrise tour. Would highly recommend.

Service and staff was excellent. Right in the middle of downtown so lots of dining options in walking distance. Breakfast is very nice. I recommend going through them for tours as they know all the guides.

Hare Nua is one of the friendliest places I've stayed. It really felt like a family home but with lots of luxuries thrown in. All the staff are so engaged and helpful. The breakfasts include a wide range of foods plus freshly made eggs as you like them. Although there's no restaurant on site there are lots really nearby - the location is really central and you can walk anywhere in town. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms beautifully done. I enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi most days. Highly recommended.

Great location and property--beautiful courtyard!
So happy with our stay at Hare Nua. Maria and Sebastian were excellent. We loved our breakfast each morning! We were there during July, a cooler month, so too cool for swimming but the pool was beautiful and looked very inviting! The entire courtyard was enchanting and we loved having coffee on the front porch area of the lobby. The location was walkable to several places so we did not rent a car. Lots of good restaurants nearby--the pizzeria in particular had great service and food, as did Aringa Ora. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Easter Island!
