All was pretty good except for the third floor walk up and down wish that was stated when I rented the room that it was on the third floor no elevator. The room was decent however the beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box but for the price could not beat it very clean nice staff awesome pool walkable distance to the beach overall very good experience but next time I think I'm going to bring an air mattress to put on top of their bed LOL

The office guy was super nice and accommodating the first day. However, when we followed up with him on an issue on out second day, he was a totally different person and very rude. The place was cheap (150/night) so I didn’t have high expectations but it was really very run down and smelled like nasty cleaning supplies - probably to cover up all the cigarette smoke smells. Would recommend for a college kid looking to get away with friends. Not a place for younger kids.

Main Sail is a main stay
Our room was spacious and comfortable. While we mostly used it for sleep and getting ready for our next adventure, it was accommodating. We were able to leave our beach caddy under the stairs, with no incident. Staff & guests were friendly. Across from ‘The Flamingo’, a modern coffee & breakfast spot. Nice stay overall.

hard to open and lock the door, and air conditioner was okay but could have been better. but all considered we had a great time the staff was very good and friendly as well as the office and check in and out. Overall, very nice.

Great hotel and the walk to the beach is only up the street. I took my two teenage girls and they loved it. The pool was great and the community was good aswell. 5 star hotel.

Perfect location, quiet at night, and the suite with separate bedroom was great for our family of 4! Clean pool and nice staff. Comfy beds. Could use a little updating and better room darkening curtains but otherwise no complaints!

Fantastic location and walkable everywhere. The customer service was 5 stars. I went to the office an hour before they opened for some extra coffee and when i realized they were closed went back to my room. Three minutes later i get a call from Joe asking what i needed and he brought me some!

This property was in a great location, very walkable to the beach and all the great bars and restaurants (close to The Goat, Wallys, L Street, Boardwalk, etc). The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel. No extras for the price, but overall clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The young man who checked us in was wonderfull. Helped carry my friends heavy bag up the stairs. Sliding glass door was very hard to open, AC difficult to turn on, bathroom door didn't latch/lock and housekeeping didn't clean coffee maker after last guest, still used coffee filter in container. Great loaction, close to everything. Someone should be at desk later into night, guest were lighting firecrackers outside after 11pm and running up and down deck.

The AC didn't work, the shower handle was broken when we arrived and had to fix it to use it, the bed is like a pad of cement. The room itself was clean!

We had a nice stay. Only problem was that the property is so bright at night and no good blackout curtains. Just blinds. Hung up our beach towels over the windows to block the outside lighting. Overall an OK stay for a spur of the moment trip!
