They only give you 2 towels for a 2 night stay. No snacks or food on property. No dishes, silverware, or glasses in the suite. Zip ties on the desk chair arm rest. Interesting

You get what you pay for. The room was around $100 a night and worth that price. Clean, but not new. A little smelly from people cooking foods as the rooms have little kitchenettes. But overall, I was pleased.

A Little Run-Down

The hotel is much more worn down than shown in the photos. We couldn’t get in to sit by the pool. There are no ice buckets in the room (there was an ice maker, but it hadn’t been turned on). No cups in the room. And we weren’t allowed an hour extension as needed. But - the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was huge, the price was good, the location was nice, and the kitchenette was convenient (although if you use it, you will have to provide all cups/plates/bowls/utensils/etc).

Quiet Vs Noise!

It’s normally a pleasant stay at one of my favorite hotels.. The issue last night was the room next to me was making weird noises purposefully and going in and out of the ext door on the floor I was in… I didn’t report it but it would be a little more comfortable if there was a guard walking the hall or some1 watching the cameras paying attention to strange individuals who have other motives in making guests feel uncomfortable.. I assume to see if guest are paranoid so they can take advantage of them.. in most cases it’s those with mental issues who do such actions.. it’s SAD… know that there are individuals who set out to disturb others peace, quiet & comfort.. to those who isn’t trying to disturb theirs!

Was in town to visit a family member who had heart surgery. When I arrived I requested an additional night and was quickly granted that request. Upon entering my room, I noticed that it was quite cool (63*) and turned the thermostat to heat and went to take a shower. After my shower, the room was still 63*. When I went out for supper I stopped by the front desk and reported the issue. When I returned, I was told that the maintenance worker would not be there until the next morning and they offered me a portable heater. This worked fine as it was just me. The next day they arrived as I was leaving but I later found that they didn’t fix the heater. The manager offered to move me to another room but I declined due to being by myself and the ambient temperature was not as cold.

A VERY PLEASANT STAY But A COLD ROOM!

It’s always Amazing to visit this hotel.. My only concern was the heat wasn’t working and this was brought to the attention to the frontdesk as I checked back in.. I felt like there should have been some type of incentives for guest due to not having heat in some of the rooms as the Front Desk agent @ the time said she could put in a ticket request with Maintenance but wasn’t complete sure whatever they would do to fix the matter would work and I “Most of the rooms the heat isn’t working..” Finally, I felt my suite should have been switched out for another room to try and see if the heat would work in a different room. I’m not a complainer nor do I like to be burden which is why I didn’t push the issue like could have as I love the professionalism and hospitality shown and exhibited by the front desk agents and house keeping!
