Unless your in a bind and need a pet friendly hotel do not stay. Ac vent had mold. No tv. No fridge. Double charged my account so had to deal with that as well.

They checked me out of the property, sent me a refund and then found someone in the room I was in after they checked me out. And charged me $149.50. Knowing I was checked out. Instead of holding someone accountable that was their.

The room was dirty. Sticky residue running down the door. Drawers had dust and grime. Carpets had dust and debris. The morning we left I noticed a few bumps on my forehead, but didn’t think much about it. I ended up with clusters of red itchy bumps all over my arms, legs, face and neck. It looks to be bedbug bites. The only working ice machine was disgusting. It isn’t worth even the low price we paid. The pictures online must have been when the facility was brand new. I don’t see how it can pass health inspections.

The property outside and inside was clean enough, but the inside of the room definitely could have been cleaner. The bed was fine. The tub, other than the shower head, was fine. The sink was fine. The walls (all) seemed to have something on them. The floor did have something on them to the point that I nearly decided to buy some slippers, but chose ro walk around in my socks.

This place is filthy. Trash in the floor. Had to wear shoes because the carpet is sticky. Horrible smell in the room and hall way. No security. Back door blocked open by a rock so it cant lock.

This place is a mess. They claim the first floor is under renovation, but looked more like it was being used for long term housing with many of the rooms being used. There is a pervasive smell of acetone throughout the hotel, and none of the exterior doors locked. Vending machines were not stocked, and the looks of the breakfast did not make the mouth water

Bathroom was dirty, used bar of soap in the shower so what else is not clean? Shower head is was broken soaked the whole bathroom with water! I was there 4 days with NO fresh towels. NO TRASH CAN in my room. NEVER had any housekeeping done.TV had no batteries for the remote.

Toilet was loose at the floor and leaking water. We saw a roach, the bar lock for the door lock was broke, the air conditioner wasn't on when we first arrived so it was hot and I had to buy some air freshener because there was a nasty odor. Won't stay here again

The only thing I like was the price. The first room I went in. The smell was horrible. Handles on the microwave and fridge were rusted out. The drawers in the room were dingy and dirty looking. Sorry that’s not a good place for a child to be staying.
