Not worth it
This hotel had a bad smell in the hallways. Went to check in, no one showed up to the front desk for at least 10 minutes. The temperature was not comfortable. The heat/air/fan was LOUD to say the least. I did not sleep while at my stay there.

The room itself was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good as well. However we arrived with only one bath towel in the bathroom. Requested more as well as hand towels and wash cloths. We were told that didn’t have any..given pool towels instead. We were told we could get some the next day however. Still did no have any. Elevators were not working and neither was the ice machine on our floor.

Unclean and unfriendly
After we checked in, we noticed there were no towels. We called the reception and the lady informed us in a very blasè fashion that there are no towels. We figured it would be available in the morning and when we called in the morning, we were told that towels won't be available till 11 AM, which would have been our checkout time. My husband went down later to speak to the manager and she gave him some towels and when we brought to our room we noticed that it had hair and stains. So she just folded dirty towels and gave it to us. When we went down to talk to the lady (she is the AGM), instead of being apologetic for our whole experience, she was rude. There were other issues....The person at checkin was unfreindly, to say the least. The room temperature was 81 degrees when we walked in, and it took all night to bring it to a reasonable temperature. But not having any towels and then trying to give us used towels, is totally unacceptable. If they have complete disregard for basic service and cleanliness, what else are they compromising on....are the bedding and sheets even washed?!

The hotel was just fine. Had some issues in the room like noisy AC and fridge, the blinds closed but wouldn’t open, and no one cleaned the room for two days. However, the experience was acceptable overall.

great place for us
We travel to UCM for treatment 1-2 times per month. This is a very convenient safe location. Its just a short drive to hospital in the morning. Cost and convenience and safety are our biggest factors for these trips.

Did not stay, lost my money. I contacted the hotel they said they could not refund d/t third party. They said I needed to contact hotels.com but should be okay since it was within the cancellation window. then I did contact hotels.com and they said they couldn’t help me and that they could not get ahold of the actual hotel so I was out my money. I was in a different state at the time of my stay. Makes me feel as of now I need to avoid third party and just go to the direct hotel website. Poor hotel.com experience not a poor hotel experience as I did not get to experience the hotel itself.
