When I booked, I requested pet friendly room 104 or 106 south side of hotel. Around 1pm, I called the hotel to ask if our room would be ready by 3pm and was told yes. We arrived at shortly after 3pm and no room on south side yet cleaned, ready for us. We opted to take an available room facing the north side since. I guess I should have been more specific on the phone when I called 2 hours ahead.
