The breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a nice variety of options. The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. The floors needed vacuuming, the faucets were spotted and smeared and we had to repeatedly request towels and face cloths as there were not enough provided.

I stayed there for one night, and could not sleep because there was a prom and there was exceptionally loud music and my room smelled so bad. I had two young children, one who started crying because she wanted to sleep but the music kept her up. I wasted money staying here, and i wish i slept in my car it would have been considerably better

Nothing unique about the property, worn out facility. elevators not working❌ Soaps, tissues in the room, empty!!‼️ staff at front desk, not helpful❌ We asked for extra pillow, blanket, their response "we are out of blankets"⁉️ really?? a marriott hotel and out of blankets? Most hotels offer free laundry, its paid here. Bar - closed❌ we prebooked and paid, but still were given a room that wasnt as per our requirements and the staff was like yeah this is what we have‼️ so dont stay in this hotel unless you have to have to and have no choice❌❌

They will not accept any form of payment except credit cards, no cash no debit-unreal! Checked in at 3:00, went back to our ball tournament and arrived back to our room at 7:00 to only discover our room had not been cleaned! We were needing to shower and meet our team and we then had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to clean our room with fresh sheets, clean the bathroom and take out the garbage left on the kitchen counters. At checkout they would only give me $30 off for my inconvenience. Stay elsewhere!!

The beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet during our 3 night stay however some things could be improved. They had no regular caffeinated pods to fir their machines. We asked for face cloths the first day and had to ask again that evening before they were deliveref to our room. Night staff was exceptionally helpful. Day staff...well not so much. The pool had a green tinge and did not see anyone use it during our stay. Fitness room was well stocked. The exterior lanscaping...overgrown weeds everywhere. Needs attention. Overall not what we expected with a Marriot named hotel.
