The suite was big, bathroom was nice and clean. The pool was nice, lots of eatery right across the street. Nice restaurant in hotel. Free parking, it was a nice hotel.

Super staff ! great hotel. We stay a couple of times a month to be close to family and it’s very clean with a great pool for swimming. Definitely be coming back again.

It was very hot in the rooms. Front desk said the A/C had not yet been turned on for the season. I opened the curtains to see if the window would open, it didn’t wand the sills were covered in dead bugs. Entire room and bathroom were very outdated. Grout around shower was black with mildew.

Hotel room was very very hot - main areas of the hotel were hot as well- staff had fans and were still sweating. Staff said that heat was off, and the facility typically waits too long to turn on the a/c. We needed 2 fans- and the temp outside was in the 50's (F) - windows did not open. We contemplated sleeping in the car. The property is run down and there were not many people there. One positive is that they are dog friendly and they keep the dog friendly rooms in the same first floor area. Staff were very nice, check-in was easy. But it was a very uncomfortable stay to say the least.

The hotel was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. In the rooms, the signs of aging were there, but incredibly well maintained and nothing to hinder the stay except maybe the HVAC system. When i entered my 1st room it was noticeably warm. Thinking someion prior might have had the heat on, i searched and found the little vent and a really out dated dial. It was runnind and set as cool as it goes and on high (which seemed less than a low setting in most places.) I called down and spoke to Mark who was incredible during my stay. I let him know it was warm, but a fan would be ok. He had me change rooms just in case. Entered the 2nd room to have the same issue. Mark was cool enough to.bring the fan. I of course then noticed there was also a fan in th3 closet (i literally never clocked it befofe that moment. Ha!) And ended up setting them both up. Between the two fans, the room was pleasent! The view out my window was fantastic of the one part of the lake. And just all around quiet, which was exactly what i was looking for. And i didnt have to go far for food or specialty coffee which was super convenient too! Everyone i encountered were so kind. I will 100% be visiting again soon, and adding this hotel to my list of "go-to" hotels.

Where do I start? do not stay here. Rude front desk staff especially Mark. Wouldn’t take my credit card took $50 off my debit which I still don’t have back. Bad smells, not clean uncomfortable beds pillows should be in the garbage no light in the bathroom…I could go on. Will be looking for a full refund.

Nice stay

The first room was too warm for us so the service desk assigned us a different room. It was better and they also provided us with fans to ensure we had comfort. We had a good stay and the lady at checkout took pics for us on the beautiful staircase.
