room 111 was the room we stayed in & the door kept jamming, the room was nice & clean, sheets smell nice. this was the second time we had a issue with the handicap parking, there are only two spots near front doors & when we report a car with no handicap sticker or plate is parked in the handicap spot, management will do nothing about it. i think another couple of handicap parking spots would help & supply a # for staff to call parking authority when someone parks in handicap spot with no tag to park in a handicap spot.

Not impressed since I wasn't aware of the hot water situation. It would have been nice to be notified that there would be no hot water from wednesday night to thursday 5 p.m. upon arrival! As well, for the duration of our stay, there was no kleenex box. Asked at front desk for 2 nights in a row. The response I received was, "housekeeping has to order it". No manager on top of inventory??? I paid good monday for a well run hotel expecting great customer service. Otherwise, the room was clean, lighting on the darker side, but overall, comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were SOOO friendly and accommodating! I forgot my visa & the worker was more than happy to help me resolve the issue & come up with a solution. Super close to everything! including the highway to access Toronto, Hamilton mountain & Niagara. Lots around, clean & beautiful rooms!

Gordon on front desk was amazing. I had to find somewhere last minute to stay and I had a lot going on. Gordon problem solved, was patient and couldn't have been more professional or helpful. A little bit far to walk places for older person, but that's not the hotel's fault.
