Overnight GO convenience
Overnight to take the GO to Toronto for a concert. Good location. Quick check in. Room clean but bed a bit hard. Self service included breakfast was fair. Coffee was good.

Room was “cleaned” only once and didn’t look like it was. If you charge 3 days , the rooms choice be serviced every day. I don’t think the washroom was cleaned. The bed was not properly done as well

Overall, good value for money. Air conditioner was very loud, but the room (especially the bed) was very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. Pool was at a nice temperature, staff were friendly, helpful and honest. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious and well prepared. Our room was conveniently located and (mostly) quiet. Highly recommend!

Overall a good stay, but the room was almost 80 degrees F and without any air options and the window opening only 4 inches there wasn't any airflow. Pool was good, clean and well maintained. Staff was good overall.

Hotel Room Not Clean, therefore not “Quality”.
Pillows and mattress obsolete. Grout in bath shower wall full of mould. Spray grout with Clorox with bleach, leave several hours and then spray again and brush. Caulking around tub needs replacing. Management obviously needs to improve attention to detail, or suffer price discounts to fill rooms, as “Quality”not there.
