Nice hotel while on the road
Nice place to stay right off the highway. Local theatre within walking distance and a great Italian restaurant on other end of building. Great stop for the night.

Helpful staff, who were polite and friendly. Room 113 the toilet doesn’t flush properly. Shower not very good- water doesn’t come out evenly from shower head. Mattress on bed was comfortable, not so comfy on the sofabed.

Unfortunate experience
We checked in and were given a room on the second floor the room was ok apart from the headboard on the bed someone had decided to wipe the contents of their nose all over it which was not acceptable and had not been cleaned off. When i complained and showed the staff the photo of it they did move us to another room which was ok but it had a smaller bed and a sofa bed they did give us a drinks voucher for the inconvenience. In the morning we went down for breakfast all i can say was chaos no hot food and people everywhere tables were not being cleared and nearly everything was running out constantly. Had to move the dirty plates cups and glasses to the side of the table when we sat down to have what breakfast was avaialble. When we went to check out they did apologise about breakfast.
