This was the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the Haven Inn. It is comfortable, clean and a well-kept property. I will be staying thee again.

Close to Hamilton Airport which is what I needed for an early morning flight. I liked that the room had new solid surface flooring, but it had a strong odor that smelled like a mix of cleaning product and urine. At checkout, be prepared to wait a few minutes for staff to inspect the room before refunding deposit.

This is a very clean motel, although one room reeked of smoke. The motel rooms were nicely painted and very clean. The Manager of this motel was not very compassionate and empathetic. Unfortunate, as I asked for a room with blackout to the lights, but when he said he could not move me, I asked for a bedsheet so I can hang it on the window to block the light seeping in through the window. He said he cannot, as people usually bring their eye guards with them. I told him I cannot sleep with light and he said to leave the motel then. I said ok, It seems I have to, at 9 pm at night, but then he said that I would not get a refund. The room did not meet my expectations but he would not offer a refund. The staff at the front desk who was checking me in answered the phone whilst I was there and uttered expletives to the caller. I paid the price of a hotel for this motel, but would not do so again. Sleep is very important when traveling and what is the point of paying for a room when you can't sleep in it.

Nice place to stay!
A great friendly staff. Always security/ office staff around watch the property or available to answer questions. We came in late but called ahead to let the staff know and they said, No Problem! Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom baseboards could use a scrub but other than that the room was very nice.
