Front desk staff was rude. Interrupted us during check in, picked up the phone and ignored us mid-sentence and was condescending. The damage deposit was pre-charged, automatically freezing available funds, and the room had so many dings and damaged walls we had to take pictures to ensure we weren't completely charged. The TV remote was absent, no big deal, but we had to leave our room to have it programmed as staff was not permitted to be in the room while we were. Minor inconvenience, but uncomfortable. Manager was attentive and pleasant when our concerns were addressed. Breakfast was not fresh or appetizing. Available options were limited at best, with it mostly being pre-packaged food.

Great staff....request for ground floor accommodation granted cheerfully. Issue with TV channel resolved quickly and efficiently. Room was clean and quiet, tons of parking. Could use a better quality of towels though...they were old and scratchy.

Took deposit off my card immediately still waiting for it to be returned every day we had to get new keys as they stopped working and we got locked out breakfast was sub par staff was limited and understaffed run down buildings no elevator ohh and belongings stolen from truck box during 3 night stay Samantha is a incompetent manager unable to provide results or resolve issues Never ever stay total rip off what a way to ruin your vacation

Very poor water pressure. My plans changed and I didn’t need the last night, because I checked out late they charged me for the last night. Even though I asked, they wouldn’t not charge me. I will be staying in that town every week for the next 2 months and will never stay there again!

Solid property
Good location, close to the mall and shopping. Lots of good restaurants nearby and quick access to the 403. The hotel is good, renovated in the last few years I'd guess, new flooring throughout. Breakfast is adequate. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Extremely loud. I arrived late after working all day, I was awoken countless times throughout the night from other guests being extremely loud. People banging on doors, shouting and running in the halls. At 4am another guest was being extremely rowdy. Assuming what I heard was security dealing with him. However, the room was clean and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunate that they had to deal with some awful guests.

Not worth the cost
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night and we are happy it was only one night. We do not recommend this place for the price. The rooms had the coating falling off the walls, the furnitures are old and need to be replaced. The had breakfast but trust us when we say it wasn’t anything like what they advertised. Find somewhere else to stay.
