I had a job in Branford and needed a hotel last minute since I didn’t wanna have to drive home in the dark. It was so easy to find a hotel and they checked me in immediately definitely would recommend for a last-minute stay. They also have full Sized lotion in the washrooms, which is a real great feature.

Arrived to find 2 baseball tournaments and a volleyball tournament had booked every other room in the “inn”. Had to call front desk 3 times Friday night alone due to kids AND adults making noise in the hallway between 1 am and 1:30 am (I had to be up at 6 am). I had a refrigerator in my room that leaked water and soaked the carpet in my room. Hardest beds I’ve ever experienced. Filthy carpets (wore shoes to get from bed to bathroom). 6mbps internet. Went to the vending machine, slotted my $5 bill, selected both water buttons “selection not available” ($3.25 for 591 ml Aqua fina) money would not return. Went to see Bilal at the front desk. Got my $5 back. Asked where else nearby I could get bottled water. He nicely gave me a bottle of Kirkland water (value $0.25) which I thanked him for. Got to my room and the water was already (previously) opened. Smelly, loud air conditioner. The whole experience left me making air quotes every time I said “comfort” inn. Will not ever be back.

The beds are comfortable it’s quite located near shopping there is a Restaurants onsite and the staff is amazing. Check in and check out was so easy and front desk was amazing and friendly.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed here many times and this time there were no cups for the coffee, there was old blood stains on the comforter and the bathtub had small hairs - like someone had shaved as well as dirty marks on the shower walls as if the tub had been an after thought or housekeeping was distracted.
