The room was beautifully renovated and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the bath towels were clean but somewhat scratchy and thin. I will be visiting again soon.

The hotel staff were attentive and polite. Yet the elevator being out of service, the many rooms being under construction (with doors open so we could see the mess as we walked past), and the black hair in our shower were disappointing details. Our stay served its purpose and did the trick, but could have been a bit more finessed.

Stairs?!?*!

Overall, a positive experience with two exceptions. I have difficulty with asthma and with my knees, my room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. I made the 10 minute climb and survived. The vending machine at the end of the hall took my money but did not give me my snickers bar, and no cold beverages available. Otherwise, clean, quiet, comfortable, great breakfast and pleasant staff.
