we really enjoyed our stay, the staff was great, the restraunt staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing i would change is asking for a ground floor room. we are in our 80s and found the stairs and long hallways a little trying. the pool was enjoyable and the room comfy and clean.

I liked that was centrally located and the included breakfast was delicious. Both front desk staff and restaurant staff very professional and friendly. What I didn't like is that you hear everything in this hotel, the people staying above me had a shower for close to an hour, I know this because it was so loud I had to turn my tv up loud.

We stayed here two nights the room we were in had a bad mattress and I talked to the front desk after the first night and with 3 hours we had been moved to another room and upgraded to a suite. We had a very comfortable night the second night . The staff were exceptional in handling the situation and we would highly recommend the hotel

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was not good. Poor food quality. The hotel is located on a good area for travelers however we did not feel safe. There was a robbery on the aide of the property near Home Depot.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining staff were too busy at breakfast The porridge was like a hard lump or a granary bar The corridors were vast so lots and lots of walking no help with the luggage The door keys kept needing replaced Ugh! I had to ask to have my room done once. Once it was done it was good. The room seemed damp and old but functional. THe music in the dining room was so loud. The internet was up and down Staff were very kind to come to my room to help with internet connection. I didnt try more than once to use the TV . It was unfathomable to me where to start. It would have been nice to have a kettle to boil clean water but I made do with the coffee maker. As I say the staff were friendly and helpful. I kept getting lost missing the turn off to the motel due to road works THank you

Highly recommend!
Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. We arrived early after along night travelling and they were able to allow us to check in earlier than normal. Because our room wasn’t ready they upgraded our stay. An amazing 3 days.

Above expectations for the price. Cleanliness, dinning, spacious room, staff, hot tub and pool was excellent. Gym needs a little attention if you were looking for a good workout.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, I great group! the place itself was fine but kinda old and dingy, not dirty, it was clean, but had an overall feel of being dated. The hottub was dirty, the shower had brown water when first turned on, the heating unit in the room was loud when it came on. Over all, it was fine for one night but wouldn't want to stay for an extended period. That being said, the lobby was lovely and the staff were very kind and friendly.
