The staff is amazing like always, everyone is happy and friendly. I wish they would keep even 2 rooms for pets. It helps with people traveling. I would stay more often if I could stay with my dog. But with them not allowing dogs now i stay at other hotels

Not pleased
We were rather disappointed with the stay. We stayed for a week in 2023 and has no issues. Because of this, we reserved a room for my brother-in-law so he could have a restful sleep for couple of nights. This was not the case. He was kept awake by constant loud voices and doors closing. The sheets looked as if there was blood spots on them and they were a grudgy brown. He used many wipes to clean up, they were black when he completed the clean. The remote was sticky. Most disappointing 😩.

Best hotel for your money.
For a 3 star hotel it was better than some of the 4 star accommodation. They after free hot and cold breakfast from 7am til 10am. If you had a question about something, They were always there to help.

The hotel was fine, but loud traffic noise
The hotel was fine, the condition wasn't the greatest... there were leaves up and down the indoor corridors, but the room was good. The only problem was the noise. The room faced a busy highway (the QEW) and the windows were thin, so the traffic noise was very loud all night long.

Was good enough for what we needed but being woken at 3:30 by loud music that played for half an hour or more was not ideal. When we spoke to the front desk about it the next morning they didn't seem to care in the least.

The room was nice but after checking in an hour late and getting the keys to my room, Upon arriving at my room the door was open And the sheets were all over the floor and the bed was not yet made so the room was not ready... Not very happy
