Falsely misleading room, disrespect Expedia
The comfort triple is falsely misleading, with a double bed, plus a sofa bed lying low, unfit for elder people. Our request to have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was intentionally ignored, assigning us a first level room. We wanted a quiet room, instead our room faces to the side where main highway traffic gives constant noise throughout the night. Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.

Perfect location with secure parking. Easy to get to and from the autobahn when traveling. Clean, nice rooms and welcoming staff even though I didn’t arrive until almost midnight.
