Location can’t be beat.

Beautiful hotel and location. Nice service and rooms in a gorgeous building. Only negative was the bed. The linens were nice but I found the bed too hard and I like a firm bed. Personnel were helpful and kind.

The hotel was lovely, classy and appropriately decorated. Rooms were spacious, service was excellent. If I had a negative comment it would be that there was no ramp at the hotel entrance, only a series of steps. Not a problem for us, but would be for some.

Great location, luxurious hotel

Amazing experience. Hotel was spacious, very close to train station and 20 minutes to the central station. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and close proximity to all attractions. The receptionist staff were quite friendly

The poorest customer service

One of the worst experiences for customer service I have seen for some time due to a booking error. Unsympathetic, unable to show a decent degree of compassion and I would recommend not to book this hotel in the future. The breakfast is also of a remarkably low standard and poor range for a hotel of this status.

Fraser Suites is an absolutely amazing hotel to stay. The room was great and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality and willingness to help guests was outstanding. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good there as well. Mr. Say as the concierge really stood out to me. A mild-mannered gentleman with a brilliant smile and just a great personality. Fraser Suites Hamburg is by far one the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in Germany thus far. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was superb! I really like that it has a library. Other amenities such as sauna and gym are available too! However, as an Expedia platinum I didn't receive any VIP Perks or treatment. Hopefully expedia and the hotel work together more about this.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very professional. The room was lovely, very well furnished and spacious. I slept very well there. Note, that neither of the Expedia VIP benefits were offered so don't make your decision based on that.

The room and property were well appointed. The staff there was so amazing and friendly. Also, very happy with the bar staff, drinks and service. A major plus was we could do our laundry for no extra cost. Will definitely be coming back to stay when in Hamburg!
