They send you to a room in a different hotel!

I had purposefully chosen boutique 56, rather than boutique 53 as I wanted to be able to check in and take my room straight away in the same building. With boutique 53 you have to check in at 56 then walk back to 53 and then fight your way through the people that they have sat at tables outside the door of 53 to get into 53. I was therefore rather disappointed that after having booked boutique 56 that I was sent to a room in 53.

Close to central station. Very convenient but loud. Wanted to open window because there is no AC but couldn’t because room on the street was incredibly noisy. Everything else was as expected.

Great stay

Very central, great location with walking proximity to the main train station, where you would arrive from or depart to the airport, Lots of bars and restaurants downstairs, hotel was clean and staff friendly and welcoming.

The location is front of central train station and not bad. The lobby or reception is so so small. The most bad thing is there is no elevator. And you must arry all your luggage and bag with stair6and no o e will help you at all. The other wierd thi g that i never see is that the toilet and bathroom is out side of the room. Totally ita not worst to stay even 1 night in this hotel at all.

This hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com without the caveats: no restaurant or coffee shop, no elevator (walk up only) and no laundry service. It is very basic, albeit conveniently located.

It was in a good location nice hotel but I would expect at least tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I also thought breakfast was included, it was quite expensive just for a room.

Convenient and affordable.

Right opposite central station, so very convenient. Cosy and clean. Nice German restaurant next door - not too touristy at all despite being in front of the central station. Only drawback was no elevator - had to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Room is also quite small for 2, ok for one person.

Comfortable but no elevator

Everything was good except there wasn't an elevator so we had to walk two floors up and down the stairs. Nice staff, great location, accross from the train station. No breakfast.

Great location - across the street from train station. Staff were nice - I originally booked a room with shared bathroom (no no no!!!) and they gave me en suite as I messaged and asked. Staff at reception spoke no English and the registration firm was in German only, so that was annoying.
