The room looked great, but there was stains on the bench, that could have been cleaned. Ordering room service for supper, received the plates, no table, no towels and without ustensils. We called the room service, had to wait 15 minutes to received the ustencils and it was plastics. For a 5 stars hotel we thought that we would at least received real ustencils, no apologies from the staff and they did not propose anything to satisfied us with this problem. We will think twice next time to go to this hotel.

This was easily the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Beautiful view of downtown Halifax with floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom and shower were beautiful!

Beautiful and comfortable property, helpful staff who fixed our clogged sink quickly while we were at dinner. Spacious room. Beds on the soft side (softer than our preference). Great location. Would love it if you added some herbal tea bags in the room. Also, I know there’s a coffee machine in the room, but offering coffee in the lobby in the morning would be a nice touch.
