Eady check-in and check-out process. Greeted by friendly staff. There's this little flgem of a cafe/restaurant in the hotel called Tempo, amazing staff and food was delcious. Staff was very helpful with my questions i had.

I know it’s a pet friendly hotel, however leaving pets alone in the room and letting them whine may not be. Also people banging and waking up a family with two sleeping kids at 3:30am, totally not acceptable. I had to call front desk.

Convenient access.

It was easily accessible by bus from both the airport and the station, and there was a connection to Boston Pizza from the basement, which was convenient as we stayed on a night with bad weather. The bathroom was large and the water was good hot.

Hotel was clean but very outdated. Internet access was limited. No signs that I could find on 3rd floor for ice, but went downstairs to ask receptionist and she went and got me some, very appreciated

I like that it's older in a great area but.. definitely needs upgrading! Gym was run down unclean and old. More cleanliness. Sauna in men's was not working. Maintenance guy walked through didn't look at anything. A bit of wiping and oiling " maintenance" would make things better. The rooms are old. Fridges freeze items in them no dial to adjust.
