Had to take luggage from a parking garage 10 minutes walk from Hotel and no luggage carts available near parking garage. A hotel shuttle was available to certain guests but was no provided to Expedia booking a you had to reserve 3 days in advance for fresh towels during our 2 night. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had no help from Expedia prior to booking. Very disappointed

Very disappointed to arrive at check in time to be told there would be no water from 10 pm to 6am. No advance warning but we received multiple emails about parking before we arrived. As we had no other accommodations and an event to attend we had no choice but to stay. Advanced warning or some compensation or apology would have gone a long way. Even had they offered to supply water bottles. I know they can’t control city issues but prior notice would be appreciated.

Rooms were not cleaned daily, we had to call three times for towels. We were told someone would be sent up to do our room and they didn’t show up. I spoke with the manager and he gave me a discount on my final bill to compensate for the lack of service which he attributed to a computer problem. The location is perfect and the restaurant , when open, was good.

I stayed for seven nights and I was very pleased with the accommodations. My room was clean and quiet. The bed and the bedding were wonderful. The hotel can't be blamed for the construction around the hotel area. Location was very convenient. I would certainly recommend the Barrington.

Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious rooms, massive TVs. Rooms are a bit dated but doesn't impact functionality at all. The floorplan is confusing, you feel like you must go around seventeen corners to get from your room to the elevator (at least where our room was!). Didn't use any of the amenities (gym/sauna/pool), but nice to have access if you have the time!

We stayed at the Barrington Hotel next to our wedding venue. House keeping was lovely and found a steamer for us when ours had broken, what a life saver! Construction in front of the hotel was inconvenient especially since we had lots of stuff to bring in for a wedding. They did not validate our parking which was disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barrington Hotel. Lots of restaurants and close to all amenities. Location is great for the tourist or business traveller. The room was clean, beds are comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel had a fancy feel to it. The only downfall was the saunas didn't work while we were there and the pool was quite cold. Otherwise a perfect place to stay for site seeing.
