Very convenient with a toddler after all day travelling. Close proximity to airport. Hallway was a little loud throughout the night and early morning though, not soundproofed well to the hall.

Lined up for 45 minutes to check in. Rooms are old but clean. Comfortable bed which is all we needed after flying 20 hours. Great deal on airport parking which is why we stayed there.

Could not reach the hotel via phone to request a shuttle pick up. Was ultimately directed towards the shuttle by a taxi driver when I went to get a taxi. Upon arrival at the front desk it became apparent the staff had turned off the ringers on the phones because they were overwhelmed and under staffed. Took about half an hour waiting in a line before I could be checked in. The photos are misleading as the hotel is quite old and worn down. There were bugs on the toilet paper and dirt and hair one on of the bedspreads, and stains on the bottom sheets. I would have left and stayed elsewhere if there had been open rooms. Not the quality I would expect from a standard chain hotel.

The room was ok, except for the bathroom which needs updating. The tub had stains on the bottom that at first looked like dried blood. The water coming out of the tap into the tub was rusty brown which probably explains the tub stains. We ended up not using the shower. Breakfast was ok, but coffee machine wasn’t working, even after numerous attempts by staff to fix it.

This entrance was blocked off requiring me to enter the wrong way on the exit. The bathtub had black mold around the rim. The only light in the room was a floor lamp in the far corner.

Found it was difficult to maneuver personal items to room due to set ot 4 or 5 steps up to room from ground floor level.Took elevator and thought we would have regular hallway.

Our room was spacious and clean; the bed was comfortable. The staff were very good. The breakfast was adequate with good selection. The only thing that we didn't care for was the bathroom setup. The bathroom was on one side of the entrance and the sink to wash one's hands was across the entrance.
