Elevators 1 out of 3 operational - the one available is on old technology and sometimes took 15 mins to receive an elevator while trying to leave your room. Condition- hallways and rooms feel like they were smoked in everything is yellow, carpets extremely dingy, wallpaper falling of walls, bad smell as soon as we arrived. Housekeeping horrendous- only will enter your room after staying 5 days and they will clean it on 3rd day. For a family with a young child who has diapers, absolutely disgusting having the garbages there our entire 3 day stay, running out of towels, toilet paper, etc. Water quality terrible - not notified sink water not safe to drink, our 15 month old vomited due to us using sink water, and when using the water machine the room temp water exited white with solids in it. They are next to a "mall" that has a few fast food and liqour store but all close at basically 6 daily, so basically inaccessible for the typical guest who leasures throughout the day. Restaurant is basically par and on the pricier side for the normal cost of this establishment, which is typically quite expensive.

My only complaint was that they have been working on the elevator upgrades for over 2 months. They were down to 1 functioning elevator from 3 for the whole hotel, and there was always a long wait for the elevator to arrive. Sometimes it even skipped the stops.
