Room on March 11, 2025

I booked at this hotel because it advertised long term parking. When I checked on March 4,2025 I was told there was no parking available. Had used the hotel previously and was surprised to see that this had not been taken off the advertising. I had to use commercial parking. I should have canceled the room and booked at a more reasonably priced hotel. The room could have been vacuumed better.

Great overnight stay, way nicer and cleaner room than the Holiday Inn next door. Brand new beds were installed the day before we arrived and made for a comfortable sleep. Only disappointment was the take out from the hotel restaurant. Crazy prices for very greasy and soggy food after a long day of travel.

During our stay the pool was closed which was not advertised at booking. They were painting the pool and the toxic smell was present throughout the hotel. We booked prior to leaving for a trip anticipating being able to use the airport transfer and parking, neither was available! Had to uber from hotel and have someone come and get our vehicle.
