Bed was super comfy which is great but thats about it. Room wasn't terribly clean (opened water left with option to purchase it still hanging on it). Blinds also did not work. Staff seemed indifferent to any feedback.

We landed so late we thought it best to stay the first night at the airport. I tried calling the airport for hours to make sure they had a shuttle. No one ever answered. I contacted Expedia and they tried to get an answer for me but they couldn't reach anyone either. When our group (many travelers on our plane stayed here too) arrived at the hotel around 2am no one was at the front desk. We had to wait a considerable time. Someone should have known our flight was delayed and they should have been ready for us. Even the flight’s staff had to stand waiting.

Ok hotel served by public transport and 5min by bus/car to the airport. Big downside is that no delivery services deliver food (too remote) and therefore everyone has to eat overpriced food at the hotel’s restaurant that is slow to arrive.

Every time we have stayed at this property it is extremely hard to get ahold of the front desk or order room service. The wait time to check in is long even if there is no line, and when you call to order room service you are sent to voicemail after a long time on the line outlining their Covid protocol. With this being said, the food at the restaurant is great.

They had one desk clerk on to check everyone in and she was extremely slow There were probably 25 people waiting when we arrived. The hotel’s key cards were not working, so they had to manually let everyone in
