The service and quality of the hotel was exceptional. We were welcomed by the owner at breakfast. She was friendly and made our visit extra special. The breakfast quality was superb. Great selection of eggs, meat, vegetables, pancakes and French toast. Selection of breads and pastries and good coffee. The pool and hot tub was also well maintained. I would stay again!

We arrived and the front desk agent (Princess)was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and wegot our key card and walked into our room. WOW!! it was absolutely beautiful. Super clean and the beds were so inviting we jumped right in and fell asleep. In the morning we went to the 16th floor for breakfast and it was a nice hot breakfast with anything and everything you could imagine for breakfast. I thought to ask the server if they had Gluten free bread and they did!! She toasted it for me in a separate toaster. (How anazing is that) ... this hotel was the best ever stays from the front desk to the room to the breakfast ...Way to go guys you nailed every aspect of an amazing stay!!!

I was in need of an early check in and the staff were very accommodating to my request. When I showed up for my early check in, Princess, welcomed me and was very professional. She made me feel very welcome and explained everything very thoroughly. She had amazing customer service. Highly recommend staying here, very fancy

I had a wonderful, stress-free visit. My room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. There was so much choice which allows you to have a different breakfast every day. Thanks Ric and the kitchen team! There's a restaurant on site, Le Rouge, as well as a cocktail lounge. The restaurant food was good and the lounge cocktails were well made and reasonably priced. Then hotel has a spacious gym with enough equipment to get a great workout. They also have a pool and sauna but I didn't use them during my stay. There is also a washer and dryer. It's nice to come home with clean clothes. It is not often as a guest you meet the hotel owner and general manager. They made their presence felt during breakfast hours always asking guests how things were going and areas. A human tough like this is priceless! I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, well maintained hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is generally very quiet but at a busy junction so road noise can be intrusive at times. Buffet breakfast, one of the best and the on site restaurant was very good but a little pricey. You need a car as the hotel is well outside of Halifax city, but well positioned for highways.
